The Zillow Premier Agent app connects real estate agents with active buyers and sellers to help them grow their business. The “Recommend a home” feature allows the agent to make home recommendations to buyers directly from the Premier Agent App. Additionally, we created an added-value feature that based on a buyer’s home-search activity, Zillow curates a list of 10 recommended homes the agent can share with the buyer. Furthermore, the agent is able to identify more recommended properties and within just a few taps, send a personalized message with new listings to their buyers.
